Around 8% of the UK is built-up urban and developed land, and the remaining area is mainly occupied by agriculture, forestry and peatland. This roundtable explores what changes in land use and management are required in each of these sectors to retain and improve the quality of services they provide and to meet the UK’s net zero target by 2050.
