The All-Party Parliamentary Sustainable Built Environment Group (APSBEG) is partnering with London South Bank University (LSBU) and the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) on the’Built Environment Exchange Series 2016′, a series of panel debates to discuss topical issues pertinent to the built environment.

This second debate on ‘Energy Efficiency vs Well-being’ will explore  whether the human and social elements of built environment design is currently being overlooked. The debate will determine if the industry is aiming for holistic sustainability and subsequently what should constitute a sustainable building.
