The All-Party Parliamentary Group for Climate Change are hosting an event with Adam McKay, Oscar-winning Director of the record breaking film Don’t Look Up starring some of Hollywood’s greatest stars, Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Lawrence, Meryl Streep, Jonah Hill and Mark Rylance.  

An allegory for climate change, Don’t Look Up tells the story of two low-level astronomers who must go on a giant media tour to warn humankind of an approaching comet that will destroy planet Earth.

Adam McKay, Director of Don’t Look Up, with additional cast members TBC, in discussion with:

  • Caroline Lucas MP, Chair of the Climate Change APPG,
  • Ed Miliband MP, former Labour Party Leader and Secretary of State at the Department of Energy and Climate Change, and
  • Anthony Browne MP, Chair of the Environment APPG.
