The Levelling Up White Paper is a cross-cutting set of policies and missions, with the stated intention of addressing geographic inequality of opportunity across the UK. It brings together the work of a number of different departments, refocuses financial commitments to its mission, and attempts to tie together many of the policy goals across government.

Does the white paper enable the right partners to come together to drive forward addressing inequality? How can the research and innovation investment be best leveraged? Are there the right interventions on careers and employment opportunities? And does the funding match the task?

The event will be chaired by Baroness Sue Garden, as a co-chair of the APPG on Skills, Careers and Employment. For more information, please contact Richard.Stewart@policyconnect.org.uk
