The APPG for Health and APPG for Dentistry and Oral Health will be hosting a joint closed-door Q&A session on NHS Dentistry on 3rd February.

Data published last month revealed the heavy price patients have paid for the neglect NHS dentistry has suffered in recent years decades of progress were wiped out, as tooth decay rates in adults have surged to levels not seen since the 1990s. Recent Data published by the ONS suggests that despite some action to increase access to dentistry, 89% of adults across England were unsuccessful in booking an NHS appointment in the last 28 days, rising to 100% in the worst affected areas.
