The Skills Commission will be launching its findings from its Future of the Skills System inquiry in a new report.

Chaired by Sir John Hayes MP and Barry Sheerman MP, this inquiry saw the Skills Commission hold evidence sessions in Westminster, Lincolnshire, the Tees Valley and the West of England speaking to employers, providers, learners and representatives of local and national government to ask how we can create a more coherent skills system. Conducted by Policy Connect and the Learning and Work Institute, and grant funded by the Further Education Trust for Leadership this report makes important recommendations on how we can level-up skills provision across the country and foster greater collabration across the sector.
