Youth Employment Webinar

Policy Connect, the Youth Employment Group and the APPG for Youth Employment held a joint webinar with Shadow Employment Minister Seema Malhotra MP and local government leaders on responding to the COVID-19 employment crisis

Chaired by Barry Sheerman MP and James Daly MP, the discussion outlined the scale of challenge ahead and what responses might be required from central and local government to ensure young people are able to access education, training and job opportunities in the months ahead.

Over 115 people took part in the webinar from across Parliament, government, FE and skills, academia, and the private and third sectors.
