Baroness Mary Watkins of Tavistock is a British Professor of Nursing. She is currently emeritus professor of healthcare leadership at Plymouth University and Deputy Vice Chancellor of the university. 

In 2019 she was made a Fellow of the Royal College of Nursing. She served as co-chair of the 2020 World Health Organisation's review of the 'State of the World Nursing', as co-chair of the Burdett Trust's Nursing Now initiative, and for seven years was President of the Florence Nightingale Foundation.
