Dr. Forbes McDougall

Dr Forbes McDougall is Head of Circular Economy at Veolia and joined the Advisory Board in 2015. Dr McDougall previously held the post of corporate waste strategy leader at Procter & Gamble, where he led P&G’s Global Solid Waste efforts and was responsible for increasing diversion from landfill and revenues from reuse and recycling. He also wrote the 2nd Edition of the book “Integrated Waste Management: A Life Cycle Inventory” (2001).
