Molly Oglethorpe

Molly joined Policy Connect in April 2025 as an Intern working with the Education and Skills team.

She is currently studying a master’s in Public Policy at King’s College London. During her studies, Molly has worked with the Policy Institute in their Evaluations team, and is the Education Policy Deputy at King’s Think Tank.

Molly also holds a BA in history from Durham University. Whilst at Durham, Molly served as a novice captain in her college boat club, and played in the university’s orchestra. She also worked as a teaching assistant in the SEN department at a secondary school in Ealing in between her undergraduate and postgraduate studies.

Outside of work and studies, Molly enjoys reading, hiking, running and going to live music events.
