Mike Baunton serves as Non- Executive Chairman of SMMT Industry Forum and VTL group, is a non-executive director of ACAL Energy, Cabauto and TT Electronics plc. He is a Past President of the EEF and SMMT having spent over 40 years in manufacturing at Tenneco Inc, and Caterpillar Inc.
