APPCOG Advisory Board

The Advisory Board for the All Party Parliamentary Carbon Monoxide Group (APPCOG) met to discuss the up coming work plan and to hear updates from the APPCOG’s working groups.

We are grateful to Liz Twist MP for superb chairing of this interesting meeting. Areas of focus discussed by the board include:

a) Prevalence of harm from carbon monoxide (incl. low level exposure)
b) Data on CO: incident, risk, outcome – recording and sharing systems
c) Health and Social Care
d) Integrating services (e.g. community care)
e) Increasing Awareness
