The All-Party Parliamentary Group for Assistive and Accessible Technology (APPGAT) will be hosting a parliamentary launch in the House of Commons for the final report from Policy Connect’s ATech Skills for Adult Social Care Commission, exploring how digital and assistive technology can empower the social care workforce to deliver more confident, person-centred care.

Chaired by Robert McLaren, the launch will present the Commission’s findings and recommendations on how policymakers and the care sector can work together to build the digital and ATech skills needed to support innovation and improve outcomes across adult social care.

Attendees will hear from parliamentarians, sector leaders, practitioners, and people with lived experience on how ATech-enabled skills can strengthen care quality, workforce capacity, and service delivery.

Further details and the full speaker line-up will be announced shortly.
