The All Party Parliamentary Group for Data Analytics (APGDA) and the RoboTips team are delighted to be hosting the second RoboTIPS roundtable event. Following the first session on the implementation of the ethical black box (EBB), the second event will focus on the new draft open standard for the EBB.

The session will take place on Thursday 14th April 10:00-11:30 am and will be chaired by Daniel Zeichner, Chair of the APGDA.

RoboTips aims to develop a new approach to responsible innovation (RI) in the context of trustworthy and secure technologies. The principle challenge is to embed responsible innovation into technology developers’ practices and to create positive cases of RI in action. The EBB will aim to enhance safety in automated systems whilst also advancing public trust in these technologies. The RoboTIPS team will present the open standard they have developed for the EBB.

If you would like more information about the event or have any accessibility requests, please contact the event coordinator, Eve Lugg.
