Event with Sir Michael Barber on disabled students' experiences of digital teaching and learning

Policy Connect is pleased to be hosting an event with Sir Michael Barber, Chair of the Office for Students, on disabled students' experiences of digital teaching and learning during the pandemic.

The event, which will take place at 12 – 1.30pm on Monday 1st March, will feature a keynote speech by Sir Michael Barber following the release of his soon-to-be-published review of digital teaching and learning in English higher education during the coronavirus pandemic.

Lord David Blunkett and Lord Philip Norton will chair the event, with a panel of speakers including Paul Feldman, CEO of Jisc; Professor Kathryn Mitchell, Vice Chancellor of the University of Derby; and Rensa Gaunt, Disabled Students' Officer at Cambridge Students' Union. There will be a Q&A/discussion section for the second half of the event. If you would like to attend, please register here.

The event will take place on Zoom, and will be auto captioned. We will be recording the event and will make the recording available online at a later date.
