Food loss, food waste and climate change
This APSRG event will explore the interlinkages between food loss, food waste, climate change, resource efficiency and wider sustainability aspects.
It will look into how food loss and food waste can be prevented in the supply chain, including agricultural production, processing, transport and distribution. Moreover, it will highlight the steps that have to be taken to reduce food loss and waste from the farm to the household.
