Policy Connect has invited renowned constitutional expert Lord Norton to discuss how the Lords will have a greater impact on Parliamentary affairs and processes now that we are entering a hung Parliament.

With the Conservative Government’s precarious position, particularly on legislation pertaining to England, the Lords' consistent presence will prove to be one of the deciding factors in the direction of governmental affairs.
