This year, in support of Gas Safety Week 2025, Policy Connect were joined by Paul Davies MP to host a reception on behalf of the Gas Safe Register in Parliament.
Marked for the fifteenth year, the annual Gas Safety Week took place from 8th to 14th September, with stakeholders and colleagues from across industry joining us to support a crucial cause – keeping the nation gas safe.
Speakers at the reception included:

- Gordon Lishman, Gas Safe Charity
- Simon Main, Think CO
- Oliver Lancaster, IGEM
Speakers and participants highlighted the importance of education and awareness around gas safety, and the need for joined-up work. It is essential that the many professionals, who have a role to play in helping keep the nation gas safe, are able to join up intelligence for better gas safety policy.
