Dr Forbes McDougall is Head of Circular Economy at Veolia and joined the Advisory Board in 2015. Dr McDougall previously held the post of corporate waste strategy leader at Procter & Gamble, where he led P&G's Global Solid Waste efforts and was responsible for increasing diversion from landfill and revenues from reuse and recycling. He also wrote the 2nd Edition of the book “Integrated Waste Management: A Life Cycle Inventory” (2001).
