Vic joined Policy Connect in September 2021 and took on the role of Director of Communications and Operations in July 2023.

Vic started out in our communications team in 2021, leading our social media work. In March 2022 she took on the role of Policy and Research Manager to lead our third Bricks and Water inquiry, exploring flood risk management in England, and led the Sustainability Team. 

In July 2023, Vic took on the role of Director of Communications and Operations, leading Policy Connects external communications work and internal operations.

Prior to Policy Connect, Vic worked in the recruitment sector where she focussed on civil engineering recruitment and managed a social media campaign promoting women in construction, equality and diversifying the engineering workforce. 

She holds a BSc in International Politics from Brunel University and an MSc in International Public Policy from UCL with a focus on foreign policy and security.

Outside of work Vic is an avid reader and a big Formula 1 fan, enjoys cooking, and takes any opportunity to travel.
