Earlier this year the Government launched its Anti-Microbial (AMR) Strategy, a UK 5 year action plan for antimicrobial resistance 2019 to 2024 and the UK 20-year vision on how the UK will contribute to containing and controlling AMR by 2040.

This APHG Briefing session will hear from Prof Dame Sally Davies, Chief Medical Officer, Department of Health and Social Care on the new government strategy, key commitments and progress made since the last strategy.
