Chaired by Baroness Walmsley, this roundtable event will review the publication of the NICE strategy for 2021-2026.

The strategy responds to the Covid-19 pandemic as well as challenges and opportunities ahead for the health service. Key themes include reducing health inequality, maintaining, and embedding the agility and flexibility shown throughout the pandemic as well as anticipating and prioritising for a rapidly changing future. The event will examine how NICE intends to implement its strategy, what it means for the health service and how patients will benefit.
