Sickness to Prevention: Delivering the Obesity Prevention Agenda Across Communities

Policy Connect and the APPG for Health is hosting a parliamentary briefing event held in partnership with the Obesity Health Alliance and Nesta to explore how deliver on the prevention agenda on Obesity outlined in the Governments 10-Year Health plan.

Chaired by Dr Simon Opher MP, this expert session will explore the obesity prevention measures outlined in the published NHS 10-Year Plan, examining how the “Sickness to Prevention” agenda can be delivered across communities to improve health outcomes nationwide.

Attendees will hear from leading public health and policy experts, as well as young campaigners working to make their local environments healthier places to live.
