Rhiannon Tuckett-Jones

Rhiannon joined Policy Connect in May 2025 as a Policy Researcher within the Education and Skills team.

Before joining Policy Connect, Rhiannon worked as a mixed-methods researcher, using ethnographic methods across public sector, third sector, and social impact projects. She focused particularly on hard-to-reach and vulnerable audiences, with topics including young people and online harms, financial exclusion, and accessibility.

Rhiannon has an academic background in Anthropology. She holds an MSc in Politics, Violence and Crime from UCL and a BA in Archaeology and Anthropology from the University of Oxford. While at university, Rhiannon was President of Oxford University’s competitive dance team and interned at several charities focused on widening participation for state-educated young people.

Outside of work, Rhiannon enjoys reading, running, and heading back to Wales on the weekends for sea swimming.
